My name is Patrick, owner of Lenz Beef, and as a young boy, I was given the responsibility of feeding and caring for two calves that lived in the backyard of my family home. Learning to care for animals isn’t rushed work — it’s faithful work. In that simple chore, with milk dribbling and my boots planted in the dirt, I not just fed calves; I grew into responsibility one bottle at a time.
